You can sell one or more "packages" to your homeowners and include them in the cost of the home, and make money at the same time.

APPLIANCES

If you are developing a multiple homesite property, you might consider including white or black standard appliances from General Electric in the kitchen (refrigerator, oven, range, dishwasher, disposal, microwave oven, washer and dryer) as a "Package A."
